【Ingredients】:
Water: 340 g
Fresh yeast: 5g
Flour: 450g
Salt: 8g
【Step】:
1. Boil yeast with water, add flour and salt, and stir until no dry powder is visible.
2. Ferment at room temperature for 1 hour. Stretch and fold the dough on all sides at 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
