【Ingredients】:
Egg White 45g
Gluten Flour 10g
Caster Sugar 40g
Unsalted Butter 15g
Almond Flakes 120g
【Step】:
1. Melt the butter insulation water. Let it melt and let it dry a little bit before it's too hot.
2. Add granulated sugar to egg whites and beat well. Add the butter and stir it on the side. Then sift in the flour and mix well.
3. Add the almond slices, mix them gently with a spatula (be careful not to break them), cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
4. Preheat oven with at 150 degrees .
5. Use a spoon to divide the almond paste into a portion of about 13g and put it into a baking dish (if the baking dish is not sticky, it should be covered with oil paper). Use a fork to moisten it with a little water to prevent sticking, and then press it flat as thin as possible. Put into the middle oven, bake for about 13 to 15 minutes until slightly browned, remove, cool and store sealed.
