【Ingredients】:
1500g rib eye steak
2 onions and vegetables
Garlic cloves
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
Broth
soy sauce
Butter (or olive oil)
chili sauce
Parsley
Dried red chili
【Step】:
1. Preheat the oven to 260°C;
2.Wash the beef and dry it. Season both sides of the steak with salt, pepper, and broth (optional);
3. Spread the garlic and onion slices on the baking tray, and put the steak on top. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes, turn it over and bake for another 5 minutes;
4. Reduce the oven temperature to 200ºC and bake for another 10-12 minutes;
5. Use soy sauce, melted butter (or olive oil), chili sauce, garlic, parsley, pepper, salt and dried red pepper to make the sauce;
6.Cut the steak into slices and top with the adjusted sauce;
7.Boil potatoes and favorite seasonal vegetables as a side dish.
