1. The oven won’t turn on.
Oven needs to be in flipped-down position in order to power it on.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the outlet.
Ensure the power cord is not damaged.
Insert the power cord into a different outlet in a different room that is on a different circuit.
Press the power button.
2. The oven is generating smoke.
Run a toast cycle to burn off excess grease.

3. The heating element is not lighting up.
This is normal. Different function is adjusting the heating elements'power levels, which set heating elements turning on and off at different times. Sometimes heating elements will not visibly glow.
To be sure, you could turn off product and try on another program (e.g.air fry) to recheck element.
4. There is noise coming from the control panel.
This is normal. Some functions are with fan; some functions are not. When fan working, product sounds will be bigger.
5. The coating on the accessories chipped or worn.
The coating helps provide easier cleanup after cooking.
Aerosol sprays, abrasive cleaners, sharp utensils, and brushed metalutensils are not recommended.
Placing accessories in the dishwasher may cause wearing of the coating and rust on the metal rails.
Hand-washing in warm, soapy water is highly recommended for cleaning.
6. Why is steam coming out from the oven door?
This is normal. Foods with a high moisture content may release steam around the door.
7. Why is water dripping onto the desk the oven door?
This is normal. Foods with a high moisture content (such as frozen breads) may release inside the oven and drip onto the desk
